About Matching Fund Facility
This is a participatory innovative approach in financing community projects. This is through a cost sharing arrangement with the National Government Constituency Development Fund (N-CDF), county governments and other stakeholders.
The Matching Fund facility; also dubbed ‘a shilling for a shilling’, is aimed at supplementing the traditional source of funds.
